Travis Ratnam is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Knowledgehook, an educational technology company that leverages data and insights to support effective teaching and learning. Drawing from his own experiences as a student who faced challenges in mathematics, Travis is committed to improving education by empowering teachers, engaging students, and supporting parents. While Knowledgehook began with a focus on math, Travis’s vision extends to transforming how we support all learners, building confidence, promoting equity, and driving systemic improvements across the education landscape.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Waterloo and MBA from Queen’s University. Before founding Knowledgehook, he worked as a leader at Microsoft. His entrepreneurial journey began with his involvement in a non-profit project that helped other organizations assess logistical challenges in affected areas, which laid the groundwork for his future ventures.

Lambo Jayapalan is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Knowledgehook, an educational technology company focused on transforming math education. Drawing from his diverse experience spanning software engineering and finance, Lambo is dedicated to harnessing technology to help students overcome learning challenges and build confidence in their abilities. Lambo holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Before co-founding Knowledgehook, he served as Head of USD Non-linear Rates Trading at UBS and as a Rates Options Trader at Barclays Capital.
