Privacy is a core value at Knowledgehook. We believe that private companies should limit the personally-identifiable information that they collect.
- Protect student identities by creating their accounts instead of having them register themselves. This lets you control the private information by using student numbers instead of names, or omitting the last name's initial
- We do not collect students' e-mail addresses, phone numbers, or information like age or gender.
- We prevent the inputting of full names by blocking their entry in our registration forms.
- We use secure, encrypted connections for all data transfer and our servers are in highly secure, military-grade data centers that are access-controlled.
Knowledgehook is a proud signatory of the Student Privacy Pledge.
