Travis Ratnam to hone in on the importance of applying technology where it matters most: the classroom
TORONTO, ON (June 4, 2018) — GlobalMindED 2018 is an annual conference for educators, entrepreneurs, business leaders, policymakers in government and nonprofits, and first-generation college students. They will gather to learn from world renowned keynote speakers and take part in breakout sessions that discuss educational change. Attendees will share and build on their successes as they discuss preparing today’s first-generation students for the future workforce.
Travis Ratnam, co-founder and CEO of Knowledgehook, will talk about The Second Wave of Technology in Education. He advocates in the presentation that Instructional Guidance System technology is designed to help teachers scale the practices of math education in entirely new and powerful ways, giving them a level of control over their classroom instruction that was not possible without technology and the data derived from it.
