Knowledgehook Inc. is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and scale the sales engine by simplifying the sales process and enabling data-backed decisions that drive growth. The successful candidate will become an expert in the world of edtech sales management, and will play an important role in guiding the company through our next stage of growth as we enter international markets.

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will work closely with our Head of Revenue, as well as our channel, Account Executive, customer success, sales development, and marketing teams. You will need to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strategic and tactical view that covers sales, marketing, and customer success operations
  • Manage metrics/analytics/reporting programs to help revenue leaders make data-backed business decisions
  • Lead administration and management, including optimizing lead qualifications and scoring (with a focus on marketing qualified accounts)
  • Administration of performance management programs
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run faster
  • Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools
  • Improve sales processes through the implementation of better measurement and execution
  • Sales territory management
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to build and optimize lead generation and lead management capabilities
  • Guide the strategy and implementation for integrating with channel partner technology, process, and data
  • Be a leader within the revenue team and the broader Knowledgehook team
  • Other responsibilities as required

Experience

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting channel programs is a plus
  • Experience working with start-ups is a plus
  • Experience working with the k-12 education industry is a plus
